Build and manage a TikTok Shop–focused creator and affiliate program . Scale product seeding to 1,000–3,000 units per month while maintaining content quality . Secure usage rights and feed high-performing UGC into paid media channels . Track creator content performance across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid social . Analyze ROI from products seeded to revenue generated and report on performance . Build and document systems, SOPs, and playbooks for long-term scalability . Lead and direct a VA support team handling outreach execution, logistics, and tracking . Develop long-term creator relationships and tiered partnership structures . Support moments-based campaigns and platform expansion beyond TikTok . Must-Have:. 5+ years of experience building and scaling influencer or creator partnership programs . Proven experience with TikTok Shop or similar creator marketplace platforms . Hands-on experience managing large-scale product seeding programs (1,000+ creators) .
