Oversee and manage influencer campaigns of varying scope, with a primary focus on a major campaign and support across additional smaller projects and ad hoc initiatives.. . Craft clear, engaging, and effective creative briefs for influencers.. . Review and provide structured feedback on influencer content, including scripts and video drafts, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.. . Potentially supervise a small team responsible for influencer communication and logistical support.. . Collaborate on influencer discovery and outreach as needed.. . Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of executing mid- to large-scale campaigns.. . Skilled in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across all tiers — from nano to top-tier talent.. . Proven experience working with crypto projects and managing influencer campaigns for cryptocurrency clients.. . Experience in developing and executing creative briefs that guide content production.. . Proficient in reviewing and approving influencer content, including scripts, draft videos, and final deliverables.. . Strong project management abilities, with a focus on task delegation, timeline management, and quality control across multiple campaigns.. . Deep understanding of content trends and best practices across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.. .
