Accountabilities. . Design and develop high-quality new features and solutions, setting the standard for code quality and best practices.. . Take ownership of sub-projects, managing their implementation and successful delivery.. . Maintain, optimize, and improve existing codebase to ensure performance, scalability, and security.. . Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex software challenges and architect innovative solutions.. .
