Job Responsibilities:. . Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and occasional video calls.. . Review and document fraud cases, escalating as needed to partners or law enforcement.. . Verify customer and business accounts to ensure compliance and security.. . Maintain and update records in CRM systems and spreadsheets.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support workflows.. . Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support business operations.. . . Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or administration.. . Strong written and spoken English communication skills.. . Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.. . Experience in fraud monitoring/prevention is a plus.. . Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams).. .
