We are seeking an AI Automation & Workflow Architect to analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design intelligent AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, automation, and artificial intelligence, translating operational needs into scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical, capable of understanding complex workflows and designing practical AI systems that integrate with existing tools and platforms. . Key Responsibilities. Workflow & Process Analysis. Analyse existing business processes and operational workflows. . Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. . Map workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements. . AI Solution Design . Design intelligent automation systems using AI, APIs, and workflow tools. . Architect solutions that integrate with CRM, ERP, finance, and operational platforms. . Develop frameworks for AI-powered decision support and task automation. . Implementation & Integration . Implement automation workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and APIs. . Integrate AI models and automation solutions into existing business systems. . Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. . AI Strategy & Advisory . Advise leadership on AI adoption and automation opportunities. . Develop AI implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. . Identify emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to the organisation. . Continuous Improvement . Monitor automation performance and identify optimisation opportunities. . Maintain and evolve automation systems as business needs change. .
