You will ensure smooth online operations while identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and customer experience.. Key Responsibilities. Shopify Store Management. Maintain and update multiple . Shopify stores. , including products, collections, navigation, and visual assets . Manage catalog structure, product bundles, tags, variants, and metafields across all storefronts . Coordinate all product uploads and updates, including imagery, descriptions, pricing, and regional configurations . Website Operations. Troubleshoot daily website and checkout issues (incorrect charges, broken links, product display errors, inventory sync issues) . Implement and manage promotions, discount codes, and campaign settings . Collaborate with IT and external partners to resolve technical bugs (shipping errors, SKU mismatches, checkout glitches) . 3PL & Fulfillment Coordination. Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure accurate and timely order processing . Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues between Shopify and fulfillment systems, including wholesale accounts and third-party marketplaces . Support returns workflows, bundle breakdowns, and fulfillment exceptions as needed . Analytics & Optimization. Monitor ecommerce performance using . Shopify Analytics. and third-party tools . Identify trends, errors, and opportunities to improve UX, conversion rates, and operational efficiency . Implement data-driven improvements to support revenue growth and scalability . Process Improvement & Quality Control. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in ecommerce workflows . Recommend and implement improvements to website flow, catalog structure, and fulfillment processes .
