We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive in the United States.. This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing climate tech environment where you’ll lead both client relationship management and new business generation. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, proactively ensuring client satisfaction, and consistently identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. The position demands a results-driven sales professional who thrives in competitive markets and can navigate long sales cycles while building trust-based partnerships. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team working to empower businesses to measure and reduce their environmental footprint. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions.. . Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.. . Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including negotiating agreements and securing multi-year contracts.. . Collaborate with internal teams to create growth opportunities, develop proposals, and ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.. . Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.. . Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and evolving customer challenges to inform strategic sales approaches.. . Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s market presence.. . . 5–7 years of proven success as an Account Executive, including 2+ years in Sustainability, Energy, ESG, or related fields.. . Demonstrated ability to close high-value, multi-year deals, ideally over $100,000 ARR, with 6+ month sales cycles.. . Strong skills in stakeholder mapping, needs analysis, and complex negotiation.. . Experience managing multiple accounts while actively prospecting for new business.. . Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems.. . Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence decision-makers.. . Strong organizational and time-management skills.. .
