Provide detailed product information, including ingredients, nutritional information, and preparation methods.. . Assist with order placement, modifications, and issue resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of customer requests.. . Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is desirable.. .
