As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will shape the development of engaging and impactful learning programs across a global professional services organization. In this role, you will:. . Consult with business stakeholders to understand development needs and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.. . Design, develop, and implement high-quality learning programs across multiple modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools.. . Conduct needs assessments and develop evaluation methods to measure program impact, ROI, and behavioral change.. . Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content.. . Provide strategic and operational support for learning initiatives, including budget management, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.. . Mentor and coach colleagues and emerging designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.. . Candidates should have:. . ~10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development within large organizations.. . Deep knowledge of instructional design, learning models, leadership development, change management, and learning assessment.. . Proven experience designing programs across multiple modalities, including face-to-face and live-online delivery.. .
