You will oversee risk-based audits focusing on IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, ensuring operational resilience and security. Leading a small audit team, you will engage closely with both internal stakeholders and external auditors, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Lead and develop the internal audit team, fostering continuous improvement and audit excellence.. . Design, plan, and execute the annual audit program prioritizing regulatory and operational risks.. . Conduct thorough risk-based audits focusing on IT systems, cybersecurity, and crypto-related processes.. . Review compliance with international regulatory frameworks and internal policies.. . Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to executive management and governance bodies.. . Provide advisory support on IT controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices to business units.. . Monitor remediation progress and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.. . . University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.. . Minimum 5 years auditing experience in financial services, with a focus on IT or crypto environments.. . Deep knowledge of international regulatory frameworks relevant to the sector.. . Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto asset custody services.. . Experience leading small teams and managing cross-functional audits.. . Familiarity with audit standards such as SOC, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI, NIST, or COBIT.. .
