Middle+ QA Manual at Talentgrator. Work within the overall release process rather than in dedicated feature teams . Focus on validating ready functionality — strong integration testing skills are important. Perform manual functional, smoke, regression, and UAT testing . Validate releases in staging and production environments . Develop and maintain test cases (Zephyr) and test scenarios . Run automated tests and analyze results . Verify correct UI display and behavior across different browsers . Work with logs (ELK), APIs (Postman), and message queues (Kafka) . Maintain test documentation in Jira / Confluence . Collaborate with PM and QA TL on release processes . Participate in QA estimation and release preparation . Proactively identify defects in already delivered functionality. 3+ years of experience in manual testing . Experience in REST API testing (Postman, Swagger) . Strong SQL skills for common operations (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, etc.) . Ability to develop test cases, test scenarios, and checklists . Experience in testing: . web applications . client-server solutions . . Understanding of software requirements quality criteria . Strong defect analysis and root cause investigation skills . Experience participating in the release cycle (build verification, smoke, sanity, UAT) . Knowledge of test documentation and QA process standards . Understanding of microservices architecture . Experience in UI testing across different browsers and screen resolutions . Experience working with Kafka . Experience working with logs and using them for defect analysis . Experience running automated tests and analyzing reports (Jenkins, Allure) . Ability to plan and estimate testing scope . Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and high level of self-discipline .
