Options for Payment in Lieu of Tax (PILOT) Agreements. . Solar tax exemptions or potential tax reduction opportunities. . Summary of Local Solar Property Tax Codes (Project Assessment). The Consultant will provide a summary of relevant tax codes, regulations, and practices by examining the authority's publicly accessible documents and consulting with the tax assessor to gain a thorough understanding of the property tax procedures and financial impacts on the project.
