In this position, you will be responsible for managing core accounts payable processes, ensuring cost accuracy, and supporting financial close activities. Key accountabilities include:. . Reviewing, verifying, and processing vendor invoices with accurate cost classification and allocation.. . Matching purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation for goods and services.. . Applying cost accounting principles to allocate direct and indirect costs in the ERP system.. . Supporting monthly close processes, including accruals, journal entries, and cost variance analysis.. . Reconciling AP-related accounts and preparing reports to support financial accuracy.. . Managing vendor relationships, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.. . Maintaining accurate vendor records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.. . Using accounting and AP automation tools (such as NetSuite and Tipalti) to optimize workflows and data accuracy.. .
