Social Media Manager- US at Booksy. Your career as a Social Media Manager at Booksy will give you the opportunity to shape our brand's voice and community across our US social media channels. Working remotely within the US market and reporting to the Director of US Marketing , you'll be excited by the prospect of experimenting with new ideas and leveraging user-generated content (UGC) to consistently communicate our brand message. In this role, you’ll lead the creation and execution of a local social media strategy that aligns with global marketing goals while catering to the US market’s unique needs. You'll oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with local audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll develop and foster an active online community, interacting with followers and using social listening tools to identify engagement opportunities. You’ll define clear KPIs for social media performance, analyze campaign success, and provide actionable insights for optimization. You’ll also drive follower growth through organic strategies and collaborations, and develop campaigns that encourage customers to create and share content related to the brand.. Compensation:. . You’ll need proven, hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within a local market.. . A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).. . Experience in community management, content creation, and influencer collaboration.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and act on social media metrics.. . The ability to think creatively and experiment with new ideas to drive social media growth and engagement.. . Familiarity with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).. .
