We’re hiring a Growth Manager (B2B) to own multi-channel performance for our B2B clients, with a clear specialism in LinkedIn. You’ll design and run full sales funnels across the channels that make sense for each audience and objective - with LinkedIn as a core focus, supported by Meta, Google/YouTube, and any other platforms that can drive meaningful results.. You’ll balance demand creation and demand capture, building and optimising high-converting landing pages and managing post-click journeys with a structured CRO approach. You’ll also work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life - shaping briefs, testing concepts, and ensuring every campaign has the right creative and messaging to perform.. From time to time, you’ll collaborate with our CRM specialist to ensure tracking, attribution, and data flow are set up correctly between marketing and sales systems.. For the right person, this role will evolve into B2B Growth Lead, shaping how Aperture builds and scales growth for high-consideration, human-first brands.. *must be able to work in the UK timezone. . Full-funnel strategy. Plan and manage end-to-end B2B funnels across awareness, consideration, and conversion.. Define audience segments, buying stages, and messaging hierarchies that address human motivations and business needs.. Pair brand-building and thought leadership with performance tactics that convert qualified demand.. Channel ownership (LinkedIn-first, multi-channel remit). Lead LinkedIn strategy and execution: audience construction, format selection, testing plans, and ongoing optimisation.. Run complementary programs across Meta and Google/YouTube; select additional channels as needed by ICP and objective.. Manage budgets, pacing, and learning agendas across multiple accounts and geographies.. Landing pages and CRO. Architect, brief, and optimise high-converting landing pages and post-click flows.. Design structured tests (offer, headline, proof, layout, friction reduction) and implement continuous CRO improvements.. Ensure message-match from ad to page to nurture.. Measurement and attribution. Set up and QA tracking (tags, pixels, server-side/Conversions APIs) and ensure reliable data flow to analytics and CRM.. Report on metrics that matter: MQL→SQL, opportunity rate, pipeline value, sales velocity, and payback - not just CPL.. Translate results into clear next actions and roadmap recommendations.. Creative and messaging. Brief and iterate creative with the Creative Strategist, aligning formats and narratives to funnel stages.. Test hooks, offers, and proof points systematically; scale winners and retire fatigue.. Maintain brand and regulatory compliance across placements.. Client ownership and collaboration. Own relationships with assigned B2B clients—strategy, execution, communication, and results.. Partner closely with the CRM specialist where needed to establish lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and revenue reporting.. Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, data, and design to deliver integrated campaigns on time.. Company Location: Turkey.
