We're looking for an . AEM Project Manager . who will serve as the . Scrum Master. for a full-stack scrum team. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Web Leaders to translate web priorities and ideas into clear, actionable work for the teamdriving alignment and execution from intake and planning through build, and release. You'll run scrum ceremonies, manage timelines and dependencies, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders informed of your progress.. You’ll work closely with product managers, digital marketers, web designers, and engineers to execute priority projects. Comfort managing ambiguity, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination ( UX/UI, content, engineering, analytics, QA).. Coordinating content updates and migration rollouts.. Ensuring brand consistency, user experience (UX), and engagement metrics are met.. Maintain delivery forecasts and adjust plans as scope, capacity, or priority shifts - ensuring decisions are transparent and documented. Collaborating with marketing, UX, and SEO teams to optimize content.. Managing content publishing workflows and ensuring on-time delivery..
