In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our subscription services.. Your fluency in French will be critical as you guide clients through the sign-up process, assist with account management, and handle any questions or challenges they may encounter while using our services. By delivering high-quality customer care, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.. Responsibilities. . Deliver top-notch customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding subscription inquiries. . Assist customers with subscription sign-up, billing inquiries, and account management. . Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with the product and technical support teams to address customer needs. . Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in service offerings. . Stay updated on service features and promotions to help inform customers. . . Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Customer service experience, preferably in subscription-based services or similar industries. . Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. . Proactive problem-solver with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction. .
