Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients in the oil and gas sector.. . Respond to inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.. . Assist customers with their accounts, providing information on products and services.. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any service issues effectively.. .
