Recruitment & Compliance Assistant - Home Care Agency at Staffing for Doctors. We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused. Recruitment & Compliance Assistant. to join one of our Home Care Agency clients. In this role, you will support daily office operations, recruitment efforts, and the onboarding of new applicants.. Key Responsibilities. . Act as the main point of contact for applicants, handling phone calls, walk-ins, and inquiries. . . Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and follow-ups, including onboarding HHAs as required. . . Assist applicants with applications, document review and scanning, and provide information on pay, benefits, and company policies. . . Maintain and organize applicant files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. . . Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, taking messages, and supporting daily operations. . . Perform additional tasks as needed to support the department.. . . 1–3 years of experience in administrative, HR, recruitment, or healthcare staffing support. . . Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced office setting. . . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. . . Comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality. . . Proficiency with HR/payroll systems.. . Company Location: Nicaragua.
