Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.. Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communications with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.. Assist in preparing and processing project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.. Maintain organized filing systems for project documents and company records.. Support the management team with administrative tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.. Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for potential clients.. High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry..
