We are currently looking for a Director, Design & Strategy in the United States.. This impactful leadership role centers on shaping and scaling the strategic direction, design, and evolution of an organization’s core service delivery model. You’ll drive innovation by developing tools, resources, and training programs while championing change management tied to major service redesign initiatives. Working cross-functionally, you'll lead data-informed program improvements and provide high-level coaching and guidance to teams, all within a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely with national travel up to 40%, contributing directly to organizational growth and equity-centered outcomes.. . Accountabilities:. . Lead the strategic redesign and implementation of a core service delivery model, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and CSR initiatives.. . Drive scalable solutions through robust planning, pilot management, and successful rollout across multiple teams and departments.. . Spearhead organizational change management efforts, aligning communication, stakeholder engagement, and professional development to support strategic transitions.. . Independently design and develop innovative tools, training, and resources to enhance service delivery effectiveness.. . Champion a continuous improvement mindset by applying data-informed iteration cycles and strategic measurement systems.. . Facilitate feedback collection, analyze multi-source data, and lead the strategic use of insights to inform learning objectives and service improvements.. . Coach and mentor delivery team members, particularly Associate Project Directors, to build capacity and alignment with program strategy.. . Collaborate across functions as a thought leader to ensure cohesive implementation of design initiatives and long-term strategic planning.. . Conduct independent research to maintain thought leadership and drive cutting-edge improvements in program services and adult learning.. . . Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or learning design, including 3+ years in organizational change leadership.. . Strong background in continuous improvement, strategic planning, and adult learning theory.. . Demonstrated success independently designing tools and resources for diverse stakeholders.. . Highly developed communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.. . Track record of managing ambiguity and leading high-impact initiatives with autonomy.. . Deep understanding of equitable education practices, school leadership, and systemic improvement.. . Experience in cross-functional collaboration and strong internal project management capabilities.. . High attention to detail, follow-through, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.. . Willingness to travel approximately 30% nationally and maintain a flexible work schedule.. .
