Role Overview. The Real Estate Virtual Assistant will begin with simple but essential follow-up and communication tasks within our CRM and prospect management systems. As trust and familiarity with our systems grow, this role will gradually expand to include more intermediate tasks such as drafting contracts and creating custom email templates. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to grow long-term in a real estate support role. The role has the potential to transition into a full-time position depending on performance and team fit.. Key Responsibilities (Initial Tasks). . Launch pre-designed email templates and campaigns via CRM with a single click. . Set personal reminders to revisit the CRM and confirm email delivery. . Monitor alerts and send templated text messages to prospective buyers and sellers. . Create custom property alerts tailored to each prospect’s needs. . Claim new leads and initiate outreach via email through our platform. . Apply appropriate tags to categorize prospects. . Update and maintain the contact list in Mailchimp and newsletter tools. . Log daily activities and lead updates in a Google Sheet tracksheet. . Use LinkedIn to conduct cold outreach using provided message templates. . Update the CRM with notes and lead statuses after interactions. . Future / Intermediate-Level Tasks. . Draft new email templates based on lead engagement needs. . Upload documents to our internal office database for transaction processing. . Prepare contracts using our ready-made templates. . Read through strata documents and summarize key points. .
