Right now, we're investing in improving our funnels and performance design - because good design helps good ideas grow.. We’re looking for a Web Designer (Funnels + CRO) who gets the importance of good design that doesn’t just look nice but also converts. You’ll be helping us improve our landing pages, upsells, and checkouts so we can keep supporting more people on their health journeys.. In this role, you will:. 🎨 Design and improve landing pages, upsells, and checkout flows. 🧠 Work closely with our copywriters to align messaging with visual layout. 📈 Understand basic CRO principles and apply them to improve conversions. 🔍 Pay attention to design choices that guide users through the funnel. 🤝 Collaborate with our team to test, tweak, and improve designs over time. Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with core working hours from 10am to 2pm ET and the rest are flexible. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:. ✅ 3+ years of experience in designing for landing pages, upsells, and conversion funnels. ✅ Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. ✅ Proficient with common design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). ✅ Able to collaborate with copywriters and marketers on performance-focused design. Brownie points for:. ⭐ Experience working on health, nutrition, or wellness-related projects. ⭐ Familiarity with A/B testing tools. ⭐ Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful).
