Source high volumes of CVs with a focus on banking roles and UAE national talent.. . Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates.. . Manage candidate outreach, screening, and ongoing communication.. . Independently close candidates using a structured playbook and guidance.. . Coordinate with internal account managers, especially the Head of Banking.. . Track and report on sourcing progress in a structured, metrics-driven environment.. . Remain resilient and focused in high-effort sourcing cycles (approx. 17 CVs per placement).. . Qualifications and Experience:. . Minimum of 3 years of international recruiting experience (beyond the South African market).. . Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within banking or financial services.. . Proven ability to independently manage and close candidates.. . Familiarity with corporate recruitment processes and systems.. . Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.. .
