Assist customers with questions regarding product listings, orders, and support services. . Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. . Provide detailed information about promotions, policies, and platform features. . Collect feedback to help improve user experience on the platform. . Participate in ongoing training to keep updated on platform upgrades and services. .
