Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  will oversee all financial operations for Farm Direct Partners, including . bookkeeping, AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital strategy. . This role works closely with the CEO, Farmfolio’s leadership team, and external financial partners to support company growth, ensure fiscal discipline, and maintain transparent reporting.. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations. Oversee all . accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping.  functions.. Manage . monthly closes, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting. .. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data across U.S. and LATAM entities.. Maintain strong internal controls and oversee tax and audit processes.. Strategic Planning & Reporting. Develop and manage . annual budgets. , . rolling forecasts. , and . financial models. .. Provide . weekly reports and KPI summaries.  to the CEO.. Deliver actionable insights and scenario analysis to support business decisions.. Capital Management. Partner with . banks, lenders, and investment firms.  to support capital raising, credit facilities, and financing strategies..
