Growth Operations Director at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). The Growth Operations Director is a strategic bridge between prospective clients and internal teams, leading discovery conversations and turning them into winning proposals, solutions and seamless client onboarding experiences. Think part detective, part strategist, part project orchestrator.. This isn't a typical ops role. You'll spend half your time in the trenches with prospects—understanding their challenges, designing solutions that work and crafting proposals that win. The other half? Wrangling our growth operations as ITG continues to expand in the US, building and maintaining processes that enable scalable growth and don't make people want to quit.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead discovery calls with prospects to uncover real needs (not just what they think they need). . Design service solutions that match client challenges while driving business growth. . Partner with growth and account leads to craft tailored proposals that convert. . Shepherd the entire client transition and onboarding process from signed contract to successful onboarding. . Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams for new business pursuits and client onboarding . . Wrangle reporting chaos across multiple trackers, inconsistent updates, you know the drill. . Build workflows that support growth opportunities without creating bureaucracy. . Create processes that let growth leads focus on selling, not administrative tasks. . Design systems that scale as we add more clients and team members. . Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture of growth, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and objectives.. . Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics to drive accountability and success across all teams.. . Work with leadership to refine our discovery approach and conversion strategy. . Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to service. . Support key client pitches with transition and onboarding expertise. . Partner closely with Global Growth + Storyteq teams to ensure:. . . Dots are connected across teams, resources, messaging and workflows . . We leverage best practices and avoid reinventing wheels. . Zero client cannibalization (we don't compete with ourselves). . Aligned processes and data sharing across regions. . Shared content and case studies that benefit everyone. . . . 5+ years in an agency background with client service experience (you understand the agency hustle). . Client-side marketing operations experience (you’ve seen how the other half lives). . Bonus points: hands-on experience onboarding clients into agencies . . This role requires juggling strategic thinking with operational execution. You'll be building processes while executing them. Some days will be client-facing, others will be deep in spreadsheets. . .
