Comfrt is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial records. This role is execution-focused and requires hands-on NetSuite experience in the candidate’s current role.. Core Responsibilities. Maintain accurate general ledger entries in NetSuite. Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts. Prepare journal entries and support accruals and prepaids. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows. Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Must-Have Qualifications. Current, hands-on NetSuite experience (mandatory). 2–4+ years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment. Nice-to-Have. Experience in eCommerce, consumer brands, or high-volume transactions.
