Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to IT products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in French.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance.. . Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices for usage.. . Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate record-keeping.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly.. . Stay updated on the latest IT trends and advancements to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in French (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. .
