In this role, you will support clients and healthcare professionals by providing them with vital assistance related to biotechnology products and services. Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology solutions via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide detailed information on products, usage guidelines, and compliance as needed.. . Assist in resolving technical issues, liaising with technical teams to facilitate solutions.. . Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.. . Collaborate effectively with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and product delivery.. . Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry advancements and service offerings.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.. .
