We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly responsive HubSpot Reporting Specialist to serve as an on-demand data partner for marketing and sales teams. This role is focused on building custom HubSpot reports, pulling accurate data quickly, and providing clear insights to leadership without the friction of formal ticketing systems. . If you excel at HubSpot reporting, thrive in async environments, and can jump in to deliver answers fast when tagged, this role is perfect for you.. Build custom HubSpot reports on demand to support marketing, sales, and leadership decision-making. Pull, analyze, and export accurate data for executive and ad-hoc requests with fast turnaround times. Navigate and learn historical HubSpot configurations, including properties, filters, lists, and workflows.. Respond to real-time data questions via Slack, providing clear and actionable insights.. Maintain accuracy and consistency across reports to ensure data integrity. Collaborate asynchronously with internal teams to clarify reporting needs and context. Occasionally pull or validate data from adjacent platforms such as ManyChat or Google Analytics.. Proactively identify better reporting approaches or efficiencies when patterns emerge. Non-Negotiables. 3+ Years of proven experience building advanced HubSpot reports, dashboards, and custom views (must-have). Strong understanding of HubSpot properties, filters, lists, and workflows (must-have). Ability to work independently and respond quickly in an async, Slack-based environment (must-have). High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy (must-have). Resourceful, analytical mindset with the ability to navigate unfamiliar data structures (must-have). Experience pulling data from tools like ManyChat, Google Analytics, or similar platforms (nice-to-have). Prior experience supporting marketing or sales teams with reporting and insights (nice-to-have). Tools You’ll Use. CRM & Reporting: HubSpot (must-have). Communication: Slack (must-have).
