Executive Assistant at Activate Talent. Position: Executive Assistant. Location: Remote. Responsibilities:. . Provide comprehensive support to executives, managing their schedules, itineraries, and correspondence.. . Draft and edit emails, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and professionalism.. . Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and taking minutes, ensuring all materials are prepared and shared timely.. . Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.. . Assist in project management, tracking progress and deadlines, and ensuring alignment across teams.. . Conduct research and compile data for decision-making and reporting purposes.. . Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building relationships to promote effective communication.. . Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.. . Requirements:. . Minimum of 3 years proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.. . Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools.. . Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.. . Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.. . Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.. . To be successful in this role, you will need:. . Expertise in calendar management and travel coordination.. .
