Accountabilities. . Provide coaching and leadership support to managers and teams to optimize performance, engagement, and employee experience.. . Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and succession planning.. . Develop, measure, and analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform workforce planning and targeted interventions.. . Support HR programs across recruitment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, learning, and development initiatives.. . Respond to employee relations issues, ensuring application of policies, procedures, and best practices while minimizing legal risk.. . Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of integrity in all HR practices.. . . 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong HRBP expertise supporting global teams.. . 3+ years serving as a strategic business partner with demonstrated success in HR management.. . Experience operating within a matrix organization across multiple geographies.. . Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance in the U.S., including multi-state considerations.. .
