Sales Associate and Client Intake (Spanish-English Bilingual) Philippines at CrewBloom. We are seeking a professional, personable, and sales-driven individual to serve as the primary point of contact for clients while supporting the management of our social media presence. This position blends front desk, client relations, sales, and social media management responsibilities. You will welcome clients, handle calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads. Additionally, you’ll assist in guiding new clients through the onboarding process and contribute to creating and posting engaging content across the firm’s social media platforms.. Job Responsibilities:. Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries. Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information. Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases. Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system. Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate. Work closely with the legal team to provide a seamless client experience. Keep the reception area organized, professional, and inviting. Manage the firm’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram): create and post content, reply to messages, and engage with followers. Collaborate with the marketing team and/or attorney to develop and run paid ads or promotional campaigns. Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort with CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms. Experience with social media content creation and basic graphic/video tools (Canva, etc.) preferred. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
