As a Project Manager in the Strategy Department, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful completion of diverse projects by aligning them with the strategic objectives of the organization. Leveraging your understanding of digital technologies, compliance frameworks and business operations, you will ensure projects contribute to sustainable organizational goals while adhering to regulatory and internal governance standards.. On a given day, a Project Manager will:. Lead and align project strategies with organizational goals, utilizing data analysis and insights to drive project success.. Define project scopes, create detailed work plans, set milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables with visibility to all stakeholders involved.. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing allocations and ensuring capability-effectiveness. . Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating cross-Cultural communication and collaboration, providing regular project updates, and addressing stakeholder needs and concerns. . Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions. . Establish and track project metrics and KPIs, generating progress reports and making data-driven decisions to optimize project performance.. Support change initiatives by developing and executing communication plans, facilitating training sessions, and engaging stakeholders in the transformation process. . Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing best practices in project management to drive efficiency and innovation. . Maintain comprehensive project documentation and promote effective knowledge sharing across teams, ensuring transparency and facilitating seamless collaboration with attention to detail.. Act as the First Line of Defence for compliance within projects:. Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks and external regulatory obligations.. Coordinate with Product Owners to embed compliance controls in project deliverables.. Interface with Second Line of Defence (Compliance) for policy interpretation, risk assessments, and regulatory guidance.. Support Third Line of Defence (Internal Audit) by providing documentation and implementing corrective actions.. Additionally, support leadership in their strategic development within the client department, identifying business opportunities, and developing action plans for the short, middle, and long-term. . Manage project proposals and contribute to the company’s prospective actions by identifying new opportunities. . In order to be successful in this role you will need:. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, alongside a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Project Management or similar roles.. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, the software development life cycle, MS Office and Project Management Tools.. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.. Familiarity with project budget management.. Ability to organize high-level meetings and workshops.. Capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, while being result-oriented and adept at identifying priorities, with a client service orientation.. Proactive attitude, willingness to contribute, and the capacity to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a team.. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management principles, with experience collaborating across first, second, and third lines of defence.. Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional EU language is advantageous.. Availability to travel within the EU.. Amazing if you have:. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP / PRINCE II, cloud computing, cybersecurity).. Experience in automotive, mobility, grid, and connected spaces.. Compliance or Risk Management qualification (e.g., Certified Risk Manager (CRM), ISO 31000 certification, or equivalent).
