We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to support and improve the infrastructure behind advanced AI-based medical imaging applications. This role will involve systems integration, deployment scripting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable environments. You will work closely with implementation and support teams to drive technical excellence in software deployment, customer system compatibility, and process automation. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in Linux systems, container orchestration, and cloud environments, along with a commitment to high-quality service and continuous improvement.. Accountabilities:. . Deploy and support medical imaging AI software, ensuring seamless integration with customer infrastructure. . Gather and analyze installation requirements and environment specifications to ensure efficient setup. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Linux systems, containers, and cloud platforms. . Create and maintain automation scripts for deployment and configuration tasks. . Contribute to process improvements within the delivery and implementation teams. . Provide expert technical support to internal stakeholders and customers, occasionally outside regular hours. . Ensure secure handling of protected health information (PHI) and follow compliance protocols. . Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure scalability initiatives. . . Strong hands-on experience with Linux (shell scripting, package management, performance tuning). . Familiarity with public/private cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). . Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. . Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, cloud observability platforms). . Proficiency in VPN setup, tunnels, secrets management, and API integrations. . Understanding of data pipeline architectures and system scaling (horizontal/vertical). . Familiarity with Git, Jira, and general project management toolsets. . Excellent communication, adaptability, and professional conduct in technical and client-facing scenarios. . Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%. .
