We’re looking for a reliable, proactive IT Support Specialist to join their team. If you’ve got a solid background in Level 1 and 2 support, enjoy solving tech issues across networks, cloud, and Microsoft services, and want to work with a supportive, no-fuss team, this could be a great fit. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting technical issues remotely, keeping things running smoothly for clients, and escalating trickier problems to senior techs when needed.. Key Responsibilities: . . Deliver Level 1 and 2 support to clients via phone, remote tools, and ticketing systems. . Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, firewall config, etc.). . Support and manage NBN connections for Australian clients. . Configure and support routers and firewalls (Draytek, MikroTik, FortiGate), including setting up VPNs. . Assist with setup and support of cloud phone/VoIP systems. . Provide backup support solutions (Datto or similar platforms is a bonus). . Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). . Help users with printers, Windows OS issues, and general desktop support. . Perform regular backup checks and support disaster recovery processes. . Work with endpoint protection tools, ideally with EDR experience. . Keep documentation neat and up to date—systems, processes, client setups, etc.. . Escalate complex issues to senior techs where needed. . Provide friendly, clear, and professional support to end-users. . . At least 3 years' experience in Level 1 or Level 2 IT/Network support. . Previous experience . supporting Australian businesses is a must. . . Strong grasp of networking basics and real-world experience resolving NBN/internet issues. . Confident working with . Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments. . . Hands-on experience with remote support tools and ITSM platforms. . Solid communication skills—you’re clear, calm, and easy to talk to. . Great at troubleshooting, staying organised, and juggling multiple tasks. . Positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset. .
