Senior Graphic Designer - Amazon Hero & Listing Images - 37269937690 at Activate Talent. We’re searching for a Costa Rica–based graphic artist who lives and breathes Amazon aesthetics. Your mission is to craft scroll-stopping hero images, crisp secondary shots, and cohesive A+ content that elevates conversion for a fast-growing beauty & personal-care brand.. Key Responsibilities. . Own the image pipeline for all Amazon SKUs: hero, lifestyle, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ modules. . . Translate product features and brand story into compelling visuals that comply with Amazon best practices (resolution, aspect ratio, safe zones, policy). . . Partner with marketing, copy, and product teams to align imagery with promotions, seasonality, and keyword strategy. . . Run competitive audits and optimize imagery based on click-through and conversion data. . . Maintain brand style guides while pushing creative boundaries for new launches. . . Manage retouching, color correction, and 3-D mock-ups to ensure pixel-perfect results. . . Deliver files in organized, upload-ready formats; track revisions in an agile workflow (Asana, Jira, Trello). . . . Based in Costa Rica, with a reliable home-office setup and strong internet connection. . . 3+ years of experience designing for Amazon listings in beauty, personal care, or CPG. . . Portfolio showcasing high-performing hero images and A+ content (include link). . . Mastery of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3-D tools. . . Solid grasp of e-commerce CRO principles, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design. . . Ability to interpret data (CTR, CVR, A/B tests) and iterate quickly. . . Impeccable attention to detail, disciplined file management, and comfort juggling multiple SKUs under tight timelines. . . Nice-to-Haves. . Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics platforms. . . Motion graphics or short-form video experience for Amazon or paid social. . .
