You will guide clients through onboarding, CRM integrations, and specialized workflows while troubleshooting technical issues in real time. The position combines direct customer interaction with internal enablement, ensuring best practices and product feedback flow seamlessly across teams. You will collaborate closely with Success, Product, and Engineering, helping shape solutions that meet customer needs while gaining exposure to complex SaaS systems. As a Customer Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities will include:. . Participate in live customer calls to support onboarding, technical setup, and edge-case configurations.. . Guide customers through CRM integrations, field mapping, enrichment workflows, and lead routing logic.. . Run ad hoc onboarding sessions or “office hours” to unblock customers in real time.. . Assist Customer Success Managers with technical aspects of implementation to streamline setup processes.. . Translate customer requirements into actionable recommendations and specialized workflow configurations.. . Partner with the Integrations Program Manager to surface customer feedback and identify recurring technical patterns.. . Act as an internal resource to colleagues on technical topics, configurations, and best practices.. . Participate in cross-functional enablement sessions to increase technical fluency across the organization.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 2–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Implementation, RevOps, or Technical CSM.. . Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and HR platforms (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Workday, Google Workspace).. . Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex workflows clearly to non-technical users.. . Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Success, Product, and Engineering teams.. . Proactive mindset and comfort jumping into live calls, resolving blockers, and owning technical implementations.. . Familiarity with Zapier, APIs, JSON, or field-level CRM structures is a plus.. .
