The Integration Coordinator at ZIZO is an expert in people KPIs, responsible for shaping the KPI extraction and analysis processes. As an Integration Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the on-boarding and integration operations for our clients. You'll leverage your experience, ZIZO’s expertise in people KPIs and power of our Integration Platform, to setup data ingestion, validate KPI and analyze people performance to provide excellent on-boarding experience for our clients.. Responsibilities:. . . Integrations Inception:. . . . Investigate client’s KPIs in collaboration with the Integration Team. . Act as a People KPI expert and advise clients on KPI selection tailored to their business. . Explore client data storage systems alongside the Integration Team. . . . Integrations Analysis:. Design requirements for custom API integrations with client data sources and design of formulas for KPI extraction. . . Integrations Setup:. . . . Set up integrations for client’s at ZIZO environments, using instruments of our Integration Platform. . Configure KPI extraction formulas using ZIZO Integration Platform. . Collaborate with Integration Product Owner to design new features for ZIZO Integration Platform to simplify and enhance integration process . . . . Analysis of Client’s people performance:. . . . Perform KPI analysis using ZIZO internal tools. . Communicate with the client and select the optimum path (challenging, but achievable) in each KPI expectations. . . . Ensure Data Integrity. : . . . Together with Integration Dev Team build instruments and tools for data integrity validation. . Validate data integrity of clients’ KPIs. . . . Lead Emergency Cases:. . . . Lead communication with clients to resolve data-related issues. . Manage communication with external data providers in case of data-related issues. . Together with Integration Product Owner coordinate Integration Dev Team on the required updates. . . . Data Vendors (Partners) Communication:. . . . Conduct health checks with Data Vendors quarterly, to monitor any upcoming releases on the Data Vendors’s side that may improve the data import flow or make impediments for us. . Quarterly discuss and explore any partnership opportunities, like new clients of them, new features, events, conferences etc. what can be valuable for ZIZO Sales Team. . . . 6+ years of experience as a Tech Support or a QA with Tech Support responsibilities. . Experience in leading people and handling clients management operations. . Good understanding of SQL and experience with scripting languages (Bash, Shell, JavaScript). .
