This role is designed for a Full Stack Engineer who wants end-to-end ownership over large engineering initiatives and enjoys working outside a traditional 9–5 structure. You will build, scale, and maintain systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers, translating ideas into reliable production-ready solutions. The role is execution-heavy and highly autonomous, requiring strong first-principles thinking and technical depth. You will collaborate cross-functionally while owning decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous problem spaces. Integrate securely with third-party services and external platforms . Work with databases, APIs, containerized services, and core infrastructure . Use Docker to support consistent development and deployment workflows . Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, reliability, and execution speed . Communication & Execution – 10%. Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams . Provide clear written updates and proactive async communication . Respond to production incidents with urgency, ownership, and accountability . Maintain execution discipline in high-pressure environments . Must-Haves (Required). Strong full stack engineering experience with ownership of large, production systems . Solid backend experience using TypeScript . Frontend experience building applications with Next.js . Hands-on experience using Docker in development or production environments . Deep understanding of system design and backend fundamentals . Ability to operate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers . Excellent written English communication and async collaboration skills . High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments. Nice-to-Haves (Preferred). Experience building services or tools using Python .
