Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the aviation industry through various communication channels.. . Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.. . Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes while ensuring a seamless travel experience.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.. . Stay informed about airline policies, services, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.. . Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English; additional language skills are a plus.. .
