Send Pre-Employment requirements to new hires and ensure that their requirements are completed prior to the start date. . . Track and update candidate progress. . . Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires. . . Prepare and organize pre-onboarding and post-hire documents. . . Stay informed about the latest recruitment and talent engagement trends and best practices.. . . Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. . . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. . . Familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., Workable) and testing tools (e.g., Test Gorilla). . . Excellent written and verbal communication. . .
