Our Home is looking for a dedicated and experienced Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities. The Controller will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring that accurate financial records are kept, and providing thorough financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to drive our company’s financial objectives.. Key Responsibilities. Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies. . Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. . Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development. . Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow projections. . Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy. . Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure successful completion. . Support the strategic planning processes by providing financial insights and forecasting potential risks and opportunities. . Monitor financial performance against established goals and recommend improvements. . Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax filings and compliance with all regulatory requirements. . Assist in the training of staff on financial procedures and best practices. . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is required. . Minimum of 7 years of accounting and financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. . Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. . Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling. . Experience with ERP systems; proficiency in accounting software. . Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information succinctly. . Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. . Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships. .
