Partner closely with Product and Design teams to understand user needs and co-develop effective solutions.. . Build and enhance features that improve usability, accessibility, and trust in widely used products.. . Lead front-end initiatives that boost engagement, reduce errors, and simplify user workflows.. . Contribute to back-end development in Ruby on Rails to support front-end improvements.. . Collaborate with Support, QA, and Operations to triage, prioritize, and fix issues based on real user feedback.. . Improve legacy code performance and maintainability, and help transition toward more modern, scalable systems.. . Ensure code is reliable, testable, well-documented, and aligned with long-term product goals.. .
