We are currently looking for a Senior, Market Access Management in the United States.. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Market Access professional to lead and execute reimbursement strategies for specialized laboratory and diagnostic offerings. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, billing, managed care, commercial, and clinical departments to identify opportunities and optimize reimbursement. You will analyze payer policies, monitor legislation, and develop actionable strategies to ensure access and payment for proprietary tests. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex clinical and financial information effectively. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative environment. Occasional travel (~10%) is required to engage with clients, colleagues, and industry meetings.. . Accountabilities. The Senior Market Access professional will:. . Develop and implement actionable reimbursement strategies for proprietary laboratory and diagnostic offerings.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the market, payer policies, and reimbursement potential.. . Identify opportunities to improve reimbursement through Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and private insurers.. . Prepare and present data-driven rationales for test offerings to targeted payers and clients.. . Monitor federal and state legislation, CPT Editorial Panel actions, and trade organization updates, reporting implications to senior leadership.. . Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of billing and reimbursement audit teams to foster professional growth.. . Support development of reimbursement materials, product dossiers, and client-facing communications.. . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree (MHA, MPH, MBA) preferred.. . Minimum 5 years of experience in market access, reimbursement strategy, or related roles.. . Strong understanding of laboratory testing, clinical utility, and oncologic diagnostics.. . Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic priorities and approaches.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex clinical and financial information.. . Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.. . Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to synthesize large datasets.. . Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.. .
