Sales and Support Representative / Full-Time / Remote at WHIZZ. As Whizz continues its expansion, we are augmenting our Remote Sales & Support team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude for sales and customer support.. Responsibilities:. . Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.. . Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements.. . Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients.. . Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction.. . . C2 level fluency in English, as daily communication with native speakers is a core component of this role.. . A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position.. .
