Converting leads into sales for valuations (as B2C business increases).. . General administrative tasks and email management (Microsoft Outlook).. . Accessing lender portals and using Microsoft Excel for case management.. . Requirements:. . Strong phone manner and communication skills.. . Good organizational and time management skills.. .
