Deliver periodic resource forecasts and analyses, collaborating with functional leadership, finance, and portfolio teams to inform operational planning.. . Coordinate and manage forecasting algorithms, ensuring assumptions align with operational realities and updating methodologies based on insights.. . Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2+ years experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience OR Associate degree with 8+ years experience OR High School diploma/GED with 10+ years experience.. . 5+ years of experience in life sciences, biopharmaceutical clinical product development, or related fields.. . Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and data analysis methodologies.. . Familiarity with clinical trials operations, drug development lifecycle, and portfolio management processes.. . Experience with resourcing and project management applications (Planisware preferred).. . Advanced computer skills including Excel, Access, Spotfire, Tableau, and PowerBI.. . Understanding of financial management, budget processes, and project valuation metrics.. . Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.. .
