Provide detailed information regarding course offerings, enrollment processes, and technical assistance.. . Assist students and educators with troubleshooting issues and resolving questions effectively.. . Document customer interactions thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with educational teams to improve the overall customer experience.. . Stay updated on product offerings and educational trends to provide accurate information.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.. .
